To assist with prototyping and creation of UX interactive touch control animations for all in-car display surface interactions.

The Creative

Lucid is not just offering a car. Lucid offers an exclusive, luxurious, experience where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to delight the Lucid customer. Of course, this includes in-car touch interactions - all of them an elegant visual and silky response. Applying best-of-class experience, Swordfish was able to assist the Lucid design team in creating elegant, yet efficient, touch interactions while working within the safe boundaries of the onboard display logic (RAM and processor speed).

The Method

Working to an aggressive reveal deadline, our team worked as an extension of the Lucid team. Daily meetings ensured synchronization of goals and collaborative problem solving.

Multiple discrete display animations. Style guidelines and custom tools (inc. AE plugins) for continued in-house design and production.
